What we bid
We price the plumbing scope on commercial and residential projects from your plans and specifications. These are the scopes we take.
New construction rough-in and trim-out
Domestic water and drain, waste and vent, from underground through final fixture set. Commercial buildings and new homes.
Tenant improvements
Restrooms, break rooms and utility connections for retail, office and restaurant spaces.
Underground water and sewer
Underground installation of water and sewer service lines for the building. Core work for us.
Backflow prevention
Backflow assembly installation and replacement. Core work for us.
Renovation and repipe
Selective demolition, fixture upgrades and re-pipes in existing buildings.
Not in our scope
Gas piping and medical gas systems. If your project needs them, we can still bid the rest of the plumbing scope.
